Remodeling of Bow st Facade
On this project, where the number of floors on the old Whiskey stores were changed from 5no to 3no My company done the stone work and resizing to all of the window opes which then had to be re positioned to suit the new floors and with little or no evidence of the remedial works so as to retain the original look of the facade. Bennett’s were the Main contractors on this project
Extention of Sacristy entrance
On this project where the old entrance to the sacristy was dismantled, the room then extended forward. We sourced and built the stone to match the existing and the door ope was then rebuilt in the new position. Mc Cann Bro’s were the Main contractors on this project
Widening and rebuild of Oldbawn Bridge
This project was where the bridge wall on the up river side was taken down, the road and bridge was widened then rebuilt. My company built the entire side of the bridge from the base at the river up in cut Limestone and at the Roadside with flame finished limestone. This was a sub-contract for a Dublin Co. Council contractor,
Millbank Glen
This development was done by my own company. It consists of 20 Houses in the village of Dromahair in Co. Leitrim. They are a mix of 3 & 4 Bed detached and Semi-detached of standard block construction with a rough cast finish and reconstituted stone heads and reveals to the window surrounds.
Sandycove
This again was a development by my company of 24 houses in the seaside village of Strandhill in Sligo. They are a mix of 3 & 4 Bed Detached and Semi-detached, Block construction with a Bradstone feature panel to the front
An Bunnan Bui Way
This development of 42 units which consists of Shops / Offices with apartments overhead and a mix of 3 & 4 Bed Detached with garages, Semi-Detached and Town houses, in the village of Blacklion Co. Cavan finished in a Colored render to the outside.
New built Church
This project was where a new church was built on a green field site in the Village of Trillick in Co. Tyrone. My company done the complete stone works to the exterior in a mix of cut and rubble Limestone with sawn stone surrounds to the window opes. Mc Cann Bro’s were the main contractors on this project
Private House
This was our own contract of a Private house outside the village of Blacklion Co. Cavan. There is a reclaimed stone facade of stones sourced locally to the front and side with a plastered render to the rear.
Kitchen & Dining Extention
This is our own ongoing contract of a Kitchen / living room extension in Dublin. It is full width, single story and replaces a smaller old half width room. it is finished on the outside in Roadstone rough cast block with smooth corner return details and a flat profile tiled roof.
Under construction
